How do I order electrical services?
The electrical and internet service order form(s) are available in the Official Contractors section of the Online Exhibitor Manual. Orders can be placed online by clicking on the SES link under Electrical & Plumbing. A customer service number is also provided for any detailed questions or order requirements. REMINDER: Be sure to include a scaled diagram, with booth orientation (show your neighboring booth numbers where they're located in relation to your booth) of where you'd like the drops located if applicable.
How do I order internet services? Is there a wireless rate?
To download the internet service order, simply click on the internet service order form found under the Telephone/Internet section of the Official Contractors page. Your completed order form should be sent either fax or mail to the number/address provided on the form. Wireless service rates are included on the internet order form. There is no slow speed, daily wireless service available in meeting rooms or in exhibit halls at The Venetian.
I am driving my own vehicle – where do I unload my merchandise?
Providing you qualify as a self-unloader (POV), refer to directions in the Shipping Instructions portion of the Shipping section of the Online Exhibitor Manual. There you'll also find what the definition of a self-unloaded (POV) is, based on local union jurisdictions for movement of freight. Please be aware that all exhibitors are being strongly encouraged to ship in advance to the Freeman warehouse (at the same cost as on-site drayage) due to dock space constraints.
When should I arrive to set-up?
Determine how long it will take you to install your booth and unpack and stage your product, and plan your arrival on that timetable. We don't recommend that you come to move-in on opening show morning - there is a requirement that all booths be under some phase of construction by 3:00pm on the last day of move-in, or that you notify show management in advance of move-in if you know you can't arrive and start setting up by then. It's a good idea to allow a cushion of a few extra hours to complete the move-in process.

How do I update my listing for the Directory?
Once the Exhibitor Toolkit is live online you can go to it, register with Map Your Show, and receive an email with your User ID # and Password in order to log in and update your listing.
