Badges

Each attendee must be issued a badge to enter the exhibition areas.  Pre-Show Badges are free of charge to golf industry buyers. There is a charge for visitors, family (except PGA family members) and industry suppliers.

Admission is for PGA Members, their families and guests and those in the golf industry.  SHOW IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. An adult must accompany all minors at all times.  Childcare is not provided on-site. Children over 12 must be badged. Admission to the exhibits, conferences and special events will be by badge only, which may be obtained in the registration area.  The on-site registration fee is $75.00 per person, in addition to any other applicable fees. Non-exhibiting manufacturers/suppliers admission fee is $500.  No on-site fees apply to PGA Members, PGA Buyers and Family.

Show Services

First Aid
First aid is located on level one of the Sands Expo at the end of the 200 meeting room corridor. Please feel free to stop in at the PGA Expo Show Office with first aid questions as well (Bassano Room 2602).

Business Center Services
The Venetian Business Center is located on level two of the Venetian Meeting Space at the end of the Bellini hallway. The Sands Business Center is also available and located on level one of the Sans Expo just outside Hall G.

Lost and Found
Please return all lost items to Show Management.

PGA of America Services
The PGA Member Business Center is located in Titian Room 2301A just across from the exhibit hall entry doors.

PGA Expo Show Policies

Unauthorized Solicitation
Solicitation of business on the premises by anyone other than official exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Any such occurrences should be promptly reported to PGA Golf Exhibitions Show Management.

Cameras
No personal cameras or videotaping equipment of any kind are allowed on the Show floor. Unauthorized cameras will be confiscated. Only badged media are allowed to take pictures on the Show Floor.

Age Restriction

The introduction of new buyer and exhibitor programs is resulting in renewed participation in the 2011 PGA Expo, Demo Night Aug. 22, Exhibition & Conference Aug. 23-24, in Las Vegas. An unparalleled level of buyer amenities and a new modern look to the Show floor is transforming the PGA Expo, all while still delivering a wide spectrum of golf-related companies, education seminars and an abundance of networking programs. Held at Venetian Hotel and the heart of "Fashion Week" and the MAGIC™, MODA™, MRket®, and ACCESSORIES: The Show®* events and includes over 250 companies showcasing the latest in Golf Equipment, Fashion & Accessories.

The annual event will begin with the New Demo Night at Callaway Golf Center on Monday, August 22. The Callaway Golf Center: repeatedly ranked as the Las Vegas Valley's "best practice facility" with a par-3 Divine Nine short course with a practice putting green, chipping green and deep sand bunker. The course is well lighted for night play and is accented with hilly terrain, waterfalls, creeks and well placed bunkers. Leading golf companies are expected to participate in the New Demo Night providing attendees with real golf testing experience of the latest products.

More than 250 golf companies will present and demonstrate their latest equipment, apparel & accessories in new, upscale, all-inclusive exhibit displays at the Venetian Resort & Convention Center on Tuesday, August 23, 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and on Wednesday, August 24, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. PGA Golf Exhibitions, The PGA of America and the Association of Golf Merchandisers will continue to collaborate on a comprehensive education program offered to attendees at reasonable cost, Aug. 23-24, both on the show floor and in adjacent Venetian meeting rooms. PGA Professionals may earn up to 18 MSR Credits for their participation in the PGA Expo events and education programs.
